Wild On: Bali
Where spirituality and the wild become one
2-9 March 2027
Seven days.
Five elements.
Nature.
Spirituality.
Freedom.
And one full day of complete silence.
This is not a retreat where we escape life. This is a retreat where we meet it - primal, raw and… alive.
We move. We thank. We challenge ourselves. We celebrate. We stay silent. And somewhere between the sunrise over the crater of Mount Batur and the sacred stillness of Nyepi, something inside us shifts.

What exactly will we be doing?
Yoga, adventure, and becoming part of the living rhythm of the island. There is no other place where all the elements exist in such perfect balance.
Each day is inspired by one of the five elements:
Earth - grounding among the rice terraces of Ubud, where the land that feeds us is alive beneath our feet.
Water - the purifying force of water - Melukat - a cleansing ritual where we let everything unnecessary wash away.
Fire - sunrise at the crater of Mount Batur - hiking or by jeep - followed by an evening fire ceremony at The Ark.
Air - a sound meditation at The Pyramids of Chi.
Space - where all elements come together: Ogoh-Ogoh - the island’s largest festival.
Silence - Nyepi in conscious stillness - a day without light, sound, or noise. The greatest challenge - to remain with ourselves.
Our experience will be
Yoga - but not just movement.
Spirituality - without dogma.
Nature - alive, powerful, unique. Giving - and taking.

Why come?
Because we don’t need another holiday that comes and goes.
Let’s be honest - whether we like it or not, we’re not 20 anymore. At least not physically. Spiritually? We’re doing just fine :))
We need a moment to say, “Damn it. We made it this far. And we did it.” No applause. No “look at me.”
We raised children - most of us. We built careers - or at least tried to. We’ve been partners, spouses, daughters and sons to our parents, parents to our children, loyal servants to dogs, cats and other creatures. We studied. We succeeded. We failed.
We simply did it.
Now it’s time to give these days to ourselves. Not to family. Not to children. Not to parents. Not to friends. The everyday responsibilities will never end. By this age, we should know that.
This is time for each of us. To challenge ourselves. To wake up from routine. To discover our own rituals. To ask what truly makes us happy. To sit alone with ourselves. To enrich travel with inner work. Or enrich inner work with travel. There is no right or wrong way.
You don’t need
to be flexible,
to be a yogi,
to be religious.
Just come.
All you need is curiosity and the willingness to give yourself time.
How often do you actually do that? Honestly?

Where?
Accommodation is at The Ark in Ubud, Bali - surrounded by jungle, sky, and space to breathe.
The Ark is not a hotel. It’s our sanctuary. Secluded. A place where we can be free, real, without masks, roles, or business cards. And yes - we can skinny dip in the pool, even at night :))))
Everything is built from natural materials. An open yoga space. Quiet corners. A pool. A place to settle. To simply be free.
Here is the venue itself: The Ark – thearkbali.com
There is WiFi, a lounge area, buffet-style meals - everything fresh and prepared daily - a pool, and a sauna. The area is full of restaurants - both local and Western - cafés, a bar with live music, massage places, and more. The “center” of Ubud is about a 40-minute walk away - or 10 minutes by scooter taxi.
