About me
Hi, I'm Olga.
Certified yoga teacher. Former lawyer. Recovering workaholic. Amsterdam-based, world-curious, and deeply committed to helping busy, overwhelmed humans remember they actually have a body - and that it deserves attention.
I teach Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Ashtanga. But what I'm really teaching is this: how to stop running on empty and start feeling alive again.
The honest version of how I got here
It was 2010. I was a lawyer, a mother, a wife - and completely invisible to myself.
My world had shrunk to work, home, kids, repeat. The things that made me me - festivals, hiking, travel, laughing with friends - had quietly disappeared. Even running, my old stress valve, wasn't cutting it anymore. I couldn't sleep. I couldn't switch off. I was unctional, but hollow.
Then, almost randomly, I signed up for a yoga class.
I didn't go in expecting transformation. I went in exhausted. And something shifted anyway - not dramatically, not overnight, but unmistakably. For the first time in years, I was fully present somewhere. Inside my own life. Inside my own body.
That was it. I was hooked.
Yoga became the thread I kept pulling. It led me back to myself - to sleep, to stillness, to clarity, and eventually to trekking solo in the mountains, dancing all night at festivals (yes, with my teens and husband, no that's not weird), and building a life that actually feels like mine.
In 2010, I rolled out a mat to survive. Now I teach yoga because I watched it change everything, and I can't keep that to myself.
I've practiced on clifftops in Nepal, beaches in Bali, and mountain trails in Bulgaria - and I bring all of that into every class I teach.
What I teach - and why each one matters
Hatha brings balance. Vinyasa sparks creativity. Ashtanga builds discipline and grit. Yin asks you to slow down (harder than it sounds). Restorative gives you permission to rest. And kids yoga? Pure magic every time.
Each style has its place. I'll help you find yours.
Who is this for?
You, if you're a bit burned out. You, if self-care has been on your list for approximately forever. You, if you think yoga is "not really for you" - that one especially.
No perfect schedule required. No prior experience. No performing. Just you showing up, exactly as you are.
I teach in Amsterdam in person, online, and on yoga holidays around the world. Let's find the version that works for your life.
Looking forward to meeting you.
Love,
(y)Olga

I know, it sounds weird... "My" students? No, these are the people I really love and enjoy working, sharing yoga and practising with.
Who they think they are? Well, I asked them and here are the answers. They think they are active, funny, creative, loving, caring, playful, artistic, curious, adventurous, sensitive, optimistic explorers, nature- and outdoor life lovers, dedicated parents and simply homo sapiens. They love walking, having fun, painting, cooking, gardening, biking (of course, we are in Netherlands), playing sports, swimming, dancing, running, hiking, making pictures, art, reading, sleeping (we all do love sleeping!), being by the sea, spending time with their families, being connected, being offline, being seen and felt... What I see when we practise together? I see beautiful passionate conscious souls, who love challenges and never give up. I see lovable people, who's hearts are so big and open, so they could hug the whole world. And it makes me wake up every morning with a smile and energy, it makes my heart singing. Thank you for being part of my life and yoga journey. Thank you for having me in your lives. Namaste. What students say about my classes?
I asked them. Below is their feedback.
To All the teachers Who Rock My Yoga World (And My Mat!) 🙏✨
Here's a heartfelt tribute to the incredible teachers who shaped my yoga journey, sprinkled with laughter, sweat, and life-changing lessons:

BE ACTIVE, Stay ACTIVE - Some others dreams and goals...
As a multi-passionate person, I have always worked on more projects related to yoga and active life than just teaching yoga (like running a tiny yoga shala in the mountain where there will be affordable yoga and hiking retreats; like starting a monthly yoga membership, designed for busy people; like hiking and filming the Balkan Mountain trek - from peak Kom to cape Emine; like doing karma yoga and voluntary work in Bihar School of Yoga ashram in Munger, India, etc.).
I wish I could dedicate more time to these projects but life challenges and the reality we all live in brought me back to "having a real job" :) and working behind-the-desk for living.
I do believe that there will be time and space in the Universe where I will be able to focus only on yoga and realize all my projects.
This is the reason for keeping a donation page active - if you feel like supporting me - you are very welcome to donate or contact me - maybe we share dreams and could cooperate in making them come true?
