For Whom?

This Explore Nepal Yoga and Trekking adventure is designed for adventurous souls who are up for a challenge and ready to experience the magic of the Himalayas. Here's what to consider to see if this journey is the perfect fit for you:
  • Fit & Adventurous: You're in good physical condition and enjoy hiking. You're comfortable with daily hikes of 4-6 hours on uneven "Nepali flat" trails.
  • Up for the Challenge: You're excited to push your limits a little, but you're not looking for a grueling expedition. The treks are easy to moderate, making this retreat accessible to many fitness levels.
  • Acclimatization Ready: As the trek reaches high altitudes (4500m), proper acclimatization is important to avoid altitude sickness. Consult your doctor before embarking if you have a history of altitude sickness or any respiratory or heart conditions.
  • Open to Simplicity: You're comfortable with basic mountain accommodation – think cozy guesthouses with simple beds, (bucket) showers, and squat toilets.
  • Appreciator of Local Life: You enjoy experiencing local culture and are excited to savor delicious and nutritious Dal Bhats prepared by our friendly hosts.
  • Ready for the Unexpected: You're adaptable and open to embracing the ever-changing mountain weather and embracing the adventure. The Himalayas can be unpredictable, so a sense of flexibility and a willingness to go with the flow are key.
  • Open-Minded Explorer: This trek ventures through traditional villages and Buddhist monasteries. Respecting local customs and traditions is essential for a positive and enriching cultural experience.
