- Fit & Adventurous: You're in good physical condition and enjoy hiking. You're comfortable with daily hikes of 4-6 hours on uneven "Nepali flat" trails.
- Up for the Challenge: You're excited to push your limits a little, but you're not looking for a grueling expedition. The treks are easy to moderate, making this retreat accessible to many fitness levels.
- Acclimatization Ready: As the trek reaches high altitudes (4060m), proper acclimatization is important to avoid altitude sickness. Consult your doctor before embarking if you have a history of altitude sickness or any respiratory or heart conditions.
- Open to Simplicity: You're comfortable with basic mountain accommodation – think cozy guesthouses with simple beds, (bucket) showers, and squat toilets.

Olga is a Bulgarian crafted yoga teacher, based in Netherlands. Certified in Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow yoga, a devoted mom of 2 teenagers and a wife, in love with the nature and wildlife, crazy about books and music, always having fun. Everywhere. With everybody.

Sahadev is a trekking guide, born and raised in the remote village of Kavre District in Nepal. Following his father’s footsteps, he completed his studies in tourism hospitality and guiding at the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management and recently finished his Master in Cultural studies .
