The nearest airport is Sofia Airport (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2). There are few airlines operating there: Bulgari@ir, RyanAir, EasyJet, WizzAir.

HOW CAN I GET TO THE YOGA VENUE FROM THE AIRPORT?
To organize your transfer from Sofia to Apriltsi and back, I highly recommend extending your stay in Bulgaria. Consider arriving one or two days earlier in Sofia, especially during the beautiful fall season, where you can explore the city or simply relax. From Sofia city center, you can catch a direct bus to Apriltsi at 8:30 AM, with the bus stopping just 500 meters from our venue around 12 PM. Tickets are incredibly affordable, priced at approximately 10 euros.
Alternatively, renting a car is another convenient option, offering the freedom to explore the area at your own pace. With free parking available at our venue, you can make the most of your time off while also enjoying the journey. I recommend utilizing reputable rental services like https://toprentacar.bg/en. The drive from Sofia to Apriltsi typically takes around 3.5 hours.
For your return transfer, the bus from Apriltsi to Sofia departs at 15:00, arriving approximately at 19:00 in Sofia City Center.
Keep in mind that the weekend before our vacation is a holiday weekend, with Bulgarian Unification Day on September 6th, resulting in festive celebrations across the country. This weekend marks e of the last holidays before the Christmas holidays, with many people using it to travel to the Black Sea, countryside, or simply relax and enjoy the final days of summer.
There is a direct metro line from Sofia Airport (terminal 2) to Sofia City Center, the ticket is 2 leva (1 euro) per person. In Sofia, you can check-in in the public transport with your bank credit or debit card.
To summarize, Apriltsi is accessible by car and bus only. There is a direct bus line from Sofia to Apriltsi, departing at 8:30 AM and priced at 20 leva (approximately 10 euros).

Our Yoga, Art and Hiking vacation is designed to accommodate families, and we welcome non-participating companions, whether they're partners, sitters, or friends who won't be joining in the activities. While our yoga and art sessions take place onsite, our hikes are nearby and suitable for all levels of fitness. Non-participating companions are only charged for their accommodation, as outlined in our price list below:

If for any reason you cannot attend the Yoga, Art and Hiking Holiday, please email me as soon as possible and I will do my best to fill your place so that I can fully refund you. This may not always be possible however and if I cannot fill your place the following cancellation fees will apply:

Daily breakfast with a variety of food and a traditional welcome lunch are included in the booking price. The rest of the meals are not included. Please provide more information about your dietary requirements in the Sign-In Form which I will send you after your inquiry.
WHAT ABOUT LUNCH AND DINNER?
Welcome lunch or dinner is included in the price, the date will be clarified when I have more information about the group and all check-in times. The hotel has a restaurant which serves meals and there are some restaurants and tavernas nearby from the hotel. Meals in Bulgaria are not expensive (average 15 euro including a drink) and have a wide variety of vegetarian food.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
The autumn (fall) in Bulgaria is the most colourful but also a quite unpredictable season. From rainy to sunny, from windy to misty, from hot to cold - we might experience all the four seasons in one day.
Please, bring along your comfortable hiking shoes, a light backpack and a rain jacket. You can find some nice tips about your mountain hike equipment here.
