General information:The weekly yoga classes in OurCampus/OurDomain incorporates all aspects of a traditional vinyasa flow yoga class – a combination of sitting, standing, back-bending, forward bending and inverted postures with breath awareness, meditation, and relaxation. Flowing from one pose to the next with fluidity, rhythm and pulse, the class is open and suitable to all levels of experience and asana options are provided for beginners, intermediate and advanced students.
The classes on Wednesday are held in person in OurDomain North House Playroom (or outdoors at the basketball court if the weather allows and there are no other events there). Please provide your own mat and yoga props. Doors open 5 min. before the class starts. See you on the mat! Vertical Divider

This class is for you whether you're coming with your partner, friends, or flying solo. Let's connect, move, find peace and have fun together. Partner yoga combines yoga and deep stretch into a powerful partner practice. Its emphasis on verbal and non-verbal communication builds trust, strengthens relationships, and awakens playfulness. Each partner will have the opportunity to give and receive in this feel-good class. You may be surprised by how much deeper you can sink into stretches and release tension with your partner's help. For all levels of students; no previous experience needed. Not for couples only - feel free to bring your BFF or come by yourself and make a new friend! |
