The weekly yoga class in OurCampus/OurDomain incorporates all aspects of a traditional vinyasa flow yoga class – a combination of sitting, standing, back-bending, forward bending and inverted postures with breath awareness, meditation, and relaxation. Flowing from one pose to the next with fluidity, rhythm and pulse, the class is open and suitable to all levels of experience and asana options are provided for beginners, intermediate and advanced students.
The class on Tuesday is held in person OurDomain North House Courtyard if the weather conditions allow it, otherwise the class is held in OurDomain North House Common Area.
The class on Friday (if scheduled) is online, via Google meet.
Please provide your own mat and yoga props.
Doors open 5-10 min. before the class starts.
