General information:

The weekly yoga classes in OurCampus/OurDomain incorporates all aspects of a traditional vinyasa flow yoga class – a combination of sitting, standing, back-bending, forward bending and inverted postures with breath awareness, meditation, and relaxation. Flowing from one pose to the next with fluidity, rhythm and pulse, the class is open and suitable to all levels of experience and asana options are provided for beginners, intermediate and advanced students.

The classes on Wednesday are held in person in OurDomain North House Playroom (or outdoors at the basketball court if the weather allows and there are no other events there).

Doors open 5 min. before the class starts.

GENERAL YOGA CLASS ETIQUETE, TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Please make sure you have a yoga mat or a big towel for the practice. Dress comfortably, preferably in layers.
2. Bringing a light blanket or a scarf is always good - you can use it to cover yourself during the relaxing part at the end of the class or put it under the knees and protect your kneecaps on the kneeling poses (yep, the floor in the playroom where we are practicing is hard...).
3. If you cannot make it, please cancel your booking ASAP in the system, so another person can join (the spots are limited...). If you have to cancel less than 24 hours before the class - just drop me a message via WhatsApp (+31680076790) or email me at [email protected].
4. If you cancel up to 2 hours before the class (see above), I will save you credit for another class. Your credit will be valid for 30 days.
5. If you don't show up or cancel last minute (less than 2 hours before the class), I will have to consider it as a late cancel/no-show and you will lose your credit.
6. If you are dealing with any injuries, please don't hesitate to email me before the class.
